Sometimes it’s simply being too busy to remember to schedule the appointment and sometimes it’s fear of the dental treatments. At Highland Hills Dental, we don’t judge patients who haven’t been keeping up their appointments – you won’t have to worry about lectures from us. Same Day Emergency Appointments

Sometimes dental emergencies happen and you’ll need a dentist you know can help you as soon as possible. We have a Kitchener location that both offers emergency appointments. Call and let us know what the emergency is and we’ll work to find room in our day’s schedule to fit you in as quickly as we can. For larger medical emergencies, we suggest going to the nearest regular ER.

I have a Broken Tooth – What Should I Do?

First, rinse out your mouth with warm water. You should apply light pressure to the bleeding gums, but not the tooth itself. If you can find any tooth pieces, make sure to save them. When you call Highland Hills Dental, let us know right away that it is an emergency and any important details about the situation. You should get to our office as soon as possible to give us the best chance to save your tooth.
